Retired Broadcast TV cameraman.. My photography is featured at the Center For Railroad Photography and Art web site,Railroadheritage.org; The National Railroad Museum at Steamtown, Pa; in the German Railway Museum's permanent collection; and most recently, six photos were accepted by the St Louis Mercantile Library at the University of Missouri for their permanent collection. They are also featured in Trains, RR Illustrated Magazine and rail industry publications as well as in past issues of Chronogram and Hudson Valley Magazine.
What's your favorite thing about Beacon?
Oh lets see... the gang that hangs at Kennedy Fried Chicken, bike riders on Main Street; the main street drug deals; the control the PD has over speeders in town; train station traffic; drug deals at the Riverfront Park; Commuter cars that are parked in the resident only parking spots on Red Flynn Drive....

Travels with Pop
I’ve had more than just a passing interest in trains, railroads and photography since I was a small boy. That interest can be directly attributed to the fact that I spent a lot of time with my grandfather, who we all called “Pop”, and was a machinist for the New York Central Railroad in the Harmon Shops, about twenty miles south of our home in Beacon, N.Y.
