Notes from The Bagel II
Hey Folks,
Tomorrow, on Second Saturday, the Beacon Bagel will have been open for one month. We want to thank all of our good neighbors who have helped to make it an encouraging first month and since it's Second Saturday, we've decided to stay open a little late. And since we'll be open late, we figured we ought to have some form of alcohol involved. So please stop by tomorrow between 4 and 6 for a Mimosa made with fresh squeezed orange juice.

I wanted to put the word out on a couple of news items that are going on over here at The Beacon Bagel:
ICED COFFEE IS HERE!!!!!! After many requests, we are trying our hand at Iced Coffee today for the first time. As I write this, the brew is in the fridge cooling down and I have a new freezer full of ice and should be ready to go in the later part of the morning (9-10 ish, very late in the lie of a baker!)
