About BCN

The Beacon Citizens' Network was created in July 2008 by Kelly Kingman, a local resident who wanted to network with neighbors and business people in and around Beacon.

The idea was to create a virtual venue for people to converse and exchange ideas and information and promote local events and businesses.

Ideally, you will find this site useful for:

• Finding news about Beacon and our surrounding area on the blog
  
• Staying up to date with events
  
• Networking with fellow citizens and exchanging ideas in the forums
  
• Sharing your love of Beacon!

The site is hosted by Ning.com and I do not receive any advertising revenue nor do I control the ad content. There may be content that is inappropriate for children.
